Scott’s First Aid Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented First Aid Restocking Technician to service customer locations, inspect and restock first aid and safety supplies, support AED and eyewash inspections, and assist with basic office duties. This role helps ensure our customers remain safe, compliant, and fully prepared for emergencies.

• Restock first aid kits and safety cabinets at customer facilities

• Inspect first aid supplies, check expiration dates, and verify compliance

• Perform AED inspections, document findings, and replace pads/batteries as needed

• Inspect eyewash stations and safety equipment

• Complete service logs, invoices, and digital documentation accurately

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding supply needs

• Load, unload, and organize restocking inventory in the service vehicle

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and company vehicle

• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines

• Manage and track inventory levels accurately

• Operate Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean office

• Support basic office management duties, including filing and organizing supplies

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Must be able to type and use computers

· QuickBooks, Excel, Word

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Comfortable interacting with customers

• First Aid and CPR trained (or willing to obtain upon hire)

• Experience in EMS, fire service, delivery, restocking, or safety service fields

• Familiarity with AEDs, OSHA standards, or first aid supply compliance

• Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills
