What is CPR?

CPR stands for Cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It is an emergency procedure that combines chest compressions, artificial respiration, and defibrillation (in some cases) to preserve intact brain function until further measures can be taken to restore spontaneous blood circulation and breathing in a person who is in cardiac arrest.

Why is it important to learn CPR?

Learning CPR can help you save the life of someone who is in cardiac arrest. It can also help you feel more confident in emergencies, and it is a valuable skill to have in both personal and professional settings.

How often should I renew my CPR certification?

CPR certification is typically valid for two years. After that, you will need to take a renewal course to maintain your certification.

Appointment Policy

We can not guarantee a time slot that a customer chooses for non-posted classes. We will try to make the time slot you request available. Up to an 8% cancellation fee will apply if fully canceled to cover un-refundable credit card fees. Must be 48 hours before the start of class. We may request or suggest another time or date that works best for both parties. Online classes are not refundable.

Large Groups $100 Deposit non-refundable.
